NORTH SUFFOLK MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATES , East Boston, MA (April, 2004 – June 2014) Provided direct outpatient care, including medications and brief therapy for adult and geriatric patients in the East Boston area, averaging four hours a week.
MCLEAN HOSPITAL , Belmont, MA (January, 2002 – June, 2004) Performed diagnostic evaluations and admissions for just under 400 adult and geriatric patients at McLean Hospital’s Clinical Evaluation Center.
MENTAL HEALTH WORKER , East Lansing, MI (August, 1995 – May, 1996) Worked on site with a teenager with PDD and ADHD. In conjunction with a child psychiatrist, was in charge of implementation of behavioral treatment plan, nutrition, recreational activities.

The eight virtues of Hope, Will, Purpose, Competence, Fidelity, Love, Care, and Wisdom are exemplified in the movie, The Shawshank Redemption (1994), based on the novella by Stephen King, Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption , part of the novel Different Seasons (1982).
